About Me

About Me

I’m Jagdeep.

I’ve always been drawn to difficult things—learning complex skills, understanding how systems work, and pushing myself to move forward even when motivation disappears. Over time, I realized that the real struggle isn’t a lack of ability, but how easily resistance, noise, and inconsistency creep in.

I write to think. Writing helps me slow down, question assumptions, and understand why progress often feels harder than it should.

This blog explores resistance, execution, and clear thinking—the quiet work behind long-term growth. I write about why capable people still feel stuck, how consistency breaks down in practice, and what it actually takes to build direction over time.

My background is in IT and security, and I spend a lot of time learning, breaking things, rebuilding systems, and refining how I work. These aren’t instructions or promises—just reflections drawn from experience, reading, and honest trial and error.

I also explore these ideas through a personal project called SpeakInPages, where books and ideas are used as prompts for deeper thinking, not summaries.

If you’re trying to build something meaningful over time—and prefer clearer thinking over louder motivation—you’ll probably feel at home here.
